Colline di Sopra is a modern winery that works systematically according to organic, biodynamic principles. The vineyards are thus cultivated in a natural and sustainable way. Each variety has its ideal location, each vine is cared for intensively throughout the year, each grape is harvested carefully – by hand.
All of our wines are high-calibre monovitigni, which is unique in the Tuscan Coast region. Our SOPRA range comprises Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier – all 100% single-varietals.
